Confidentiality Agreement

The purpose of this confidentiality agreement is to protect information exchanged during volunteers' term of service with the National Trafficking Sheltered Alliance (NTSA), respecting the privacy of our clients, donors, members, staff, volunteers and of the NTSA itself. Anyone who signs this agreement is promising to keep the relevant information confidential. Moreover, if one party to the agreement fails to uphold its promise, the other party will have the option to take legal action.
