Erica has worked with survivors for 10 years, starting at Selah Freedom when it first opened its residential program. Erica worked as lead advocate in the residential home and led an outreach team in the community. She has worked closely with law enforcement and the judicial system and now uses her experience to consult with organizations to develop or enhance their program.
