The National Trafficking Sheltered Alliance (NTSA) reserves the right to refuse or cancel a membership. If NTSA refuses a new member, or a renewal of a membership, NTSA will fully refund the most recent monthly membership payment. 

If a member wants to cancel their membership, NTSA offers a full refund, less transaction fees, for up to 30 days from the member’s charge. NTSA does not give refunds for transactions that occurred more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
