The National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) is seeking a top-level Executive Assistant (EA) who is passionate about defending human dignity and changing the world for better. The role is a pivotal support position, as the EA will manage the day-to-day business activities of the CEO and serve as the key liaison with staff and external partners.
Resourceful and displaying initiative, the ideal candidate is tech savvy and will possess excellent people skills, superior organizational skills, the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, and the ability to move between tasks seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate CEO’s calendar
Communicate effectively with external partners, which include Board members, donors, coalition partners and other key stakeholders
Manage travel
Track CEO and other Executives’ expenses
Prepare correspondence, memos, presentations, and collateral materials
Assist CEO in coordinating needs of staff; help them feel recognized and celebrated by the CEO
Manage organizational communication, scheduling and logistics, preparation of materials, and follow up activities for internal meetings such as board meetings, staff meetings, and team-building activities
Assist with events hosted in Washington, DC
Stay abreast of current events related to NCOSE’s work
Vet outside stakeholders as we consider partnerships
Additional Tasks:
Assist in answering phone and email
Receive and interact with visitors
Look for ways to improve operational efficiency
Help with general office upkeep
Maintain filing system and organization of archives.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Passionate and a strong commitment to the mission and goals of the organization
Enjoy carrying out administrative support activities
3+ years’ experience in an administrative support role
Self-starter with high energy and careful attention to detail
Strong sense of initiative and a process-improvement mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, flexible, and a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Ability to work under pressure while exhibiting good judgment and a high level of professionalism
Ability to exercise discretion and tact in all interpersonal contacts and maintain confidentiality
Excels in a fast-paced environment
Displays a positive attitude, shows concern for people and community, and demonstrates presence, self-confidence, common sense and good listening ability
Excellent computer skills; experience with various online platforms
High tolerance for ambiguity, changing work priorities and deadlines, and a willingness to take on responsibilities and to prioritize own work on multiple projects

Location:
Washington, D.C.; expectation to be in the office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Salary:
$65,000-$80,000 + competitive benefits package including medical/dental insurance, 401K, paid time off and paid holidays.
